Windows users should run 'stc-1.2.0.exe'.

OSX & Linux users will need to download the Java .jar file and run from the command line with 'java -jar stc-1.2.0.jar'.

Java 1.8 is required! If you do not have it installed download it from https://java.com/en/download/
